- Half-Year Anniversary -

The advent season is in full swing, and at the same time, we are celebrating a special half-year anniversary – our A-litter and Aisii, our little Miss Yellow, are now six months old. Aisii is developing wonderfully and is increasingly showing similarities to her father, Shifu, making her an indispensable member of our family.

Many ask what has changed with Aisii, and the answer is quite simple from my perspective. Since Bisou did not like to be alone, Aisii’s presence has been a clear win. At home, the two of them keep each other company and collectively stave off boredom. I’ve always enjoyed watching the dynamics between Bisou and her brother Mokko when he was with us. From wild zoomies to mutual grooming and sleeping together – living as a pair has been a real enrichment.

Now, at six months old, the A-litter not only enriches our lives but also that of their new families. The teens are slowly moving out of the puppy phase and are gathering their own experiences and adventures. Aisii has discovered bird hunting for herself, closely followed by field mouse hunts with mama Bisou.

Watching their development fills me with joy, especially when I receive videos of Azou & Lillé and see their progress. It’s delightful to see how the three of them explore their world and experience new adventures every day. Their curiosity and zest for life are contagious and often bring smiles to our faces, and occasionally drive us to distraction – no children’s toy remains intact. For now, our son Vid doesn’t mind too much, but let me tell you, there’s no toy that hasn’t received an “Aisii stamp”! 😄
