Summer is drawing to a close, and autumn is just around the corner. Although it might seem like not much has changed, this summer has been uniquely eventful in many ways.
One of the major events was Azou’s move to her new family and pack in Switzerland. This change was bittersweet. On one hand, we are very happy for Azou that she has found a loving new home; on the other hand, the farewell was naturally difficult.
At home, a new dynamic has developed. Aisii, now taking the reins, and we are slowly adjusting to the new family configuration. Living with Aisii and Bisou, who are inseparable, shapes our daily lives lively and entertaining. Even though Aisii sometimes annoys her mother Bisou, the bond between them is unmistakable. They look out for each other and are inseparable.
Looking back, it was a summer like no other – filled with emotions, changes, and valuable moments that have brought us closer as a family. We are savoring every second and looking forward to what autumn holds for us.
The transition to the cooler season brings a time of reflection and new beginnings. It’s a time when we enjoy the last warm rays of sunshine and look forward to cozy evenings at home.
For my part, after a very intense summer, I will be taking some time away from social media to invest more time into our family – which doesn’t mean you won’t see or hear from us. We will continue to share moments, albeit perhaps less frequently, as we enjoy our time together without the filter of social media.
